Regularly Scheduled Times For Private Sessions with Brent Phillips
Brent is generally available at the following times (note that these times may vary slightly day to day):
All appointments are Pacific Time and observe daylight savings time during the summer months. Pacific Time is 3 hours earlier than Eastern Time and 7 hours earlier than Greenwich Mean Time (so 1:00 PM Pacific Time is 4:00 PM Eastern Time and 8:00 Greenwich Mean Time.) Note that because most of the Theta Healing LA classes and special events are held during evenings and weekends, there is usually a longer wait time for evening and weekend appointments. If you can not get an appointment with Brent soon enough at a
convenient time, please contact us and ask to be added to the
cancellation list. We can sometimes get you in right away after a
cancellation if you can be flexible on the scheduling. If you need an appointment outside of these times, please contact us with the details of your situation. Session DurationIt is generally recommended that first-time clients book a 75 minute session, to ensure that we have enough time to answer questions, cover the basics of muscle testing, and learn about the client's background and current problems. After that, most clients prefer 60 minute follow-up sessions. Shorter (30 or 45 minute) sessions are sometimes more appropriate
for animals, children, and Brent's regular clients and Theta Healing students. Session Rates for New ClientThe rate for private sessions with Brent Phillips is $140 per hour for phone sessions with new clients. Shorter 30 minute sessions are $85, and longer 75 minute sessions (recommended for first-time clients) are $170. Session Rates for Repeat ClientsThe rate for all of Brent's Theta Healing students and repeat clients is reduced to $120 per hour. Once you have either taken the Basic Theta Healing seminar from Brent, or have had at least 5 private sessions with him, you will qualify for the discounted rate. For students and repeat clients, shorter 30 minute sessions are $75, and longer 75 minute sessions are $150. Session LocationBrent works primarily over the phone, and recommends phone sessions for most clients. Phone sessions allow you to be relaxed in a comfortable and familiar environment, without the stress and hassle of fighting LA traffic or worry about directions, parking, or arriving late. For phone sessions, Brent will call you at the appointed time, as long as you live within the United States. If you prefer to do your Theta Healing session in-person, Brent is
sometimes available for sessions in-person in the Westchester area on
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in the morning and early afternoon. We
do not have a permanent office and so will provide the exact address and directions when you book the
session. Note that there is an extra charge of $40 for sessions

Before you have your first private session, please fill out and return to us this short disclaimer form required by law for Energy Healers working in California. Cancellation policyWe recognize that it is sometimes impossible to keep our appointments amidst the chaos of our busy lives. If you can not keep an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Brent's schedule is tightly booked, so missed appointments are disruptive and a waste of valuable time, especially to those who are on the waiting list or seeking an urgent appointment. Because of this, appointments missed without 24 hours hours advanced notice may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment. Urgent SessionsIf you have an urgent physical or emotional problem, please call 911 or seek immediate help from a licensed health care professional or local emergency services. We are not equipped or licensed as an emergency care center and can not provide emergency services. We will make every effort to accommodate a request for an urgent appointment for important or unexpected issues that come up - contact us by phone or email, and let us know the matter is urgent. However, please be respectful of Brent and his other clients and only ask for an urgent appointment when it is truly needed.
